My 5L is running on 7 cylinders 6 won't fire I changed the injector twice for six
Did you replace the plugs and wires?
Compression check the cylinders? Leak down test?
A while ago but my wires on some melted to the headers I just taped them up it seemed to still run fine. Before I changed to an edelbrock intake and professional products 70 mm throttle body and spacer
What's the leak down
the distributor cap is cracked...look for carbon traces...shower it in WD-40 and see if it fires right up~
leak down is when you have a compression gauge and a stop watch...see how long it takes to reach ambient pressure conditions...comparatively can be useful data to find out which cylinder is weakest...can be done wet (with a few drops from the oil can) or dry (commando)~

If it is the distributor will it fire right back up after I change it no problembs
Swap out the plug wire that melted and see if you have the problem on 6. Swap wire 6 for 7 and see. How does the dist. cap look?
Have you considered a wiring issue on the injector harness?
It's at the garage and the machanic can't find the problem
The wiring harness has been. Tried the cap was changed there is compression but the cylinder don't turn
