I have a convertible 5.0 mustang in good running condition and the body and interior may
need some work. I want to know how much I should sell it for.

I'd say the $2500 asking price your asking is fair if the interior wasn't damaged due to the rain and a ripped top. Looks like some rust on it too. Someone who buys it will need to replace the interior and top, beside normal things, and some bodywork/paint job. So a total restoration. $$$$$. IMO, in it's current condition, it's worth around $1000 -$1500 to the right buyer.
