I have gasoline going into my motor oil. What can cause this to happen? Is my motor done?
Leaking fuel injector can put gas in the crankcase.
Check your compression. Piston rings could also be at fault. Repair is needed if you are getting gas in the oil before serious damage occurs.
Also check the purge valve for EVAP system. It may be stuck open and allowing raw fuel to be sucked into the engine. Are you having other issues? Engine not running right? Black smoke from the tailpipe? Check engine light on? HTH. -Jim
