When does the radiator cooling fan come on

So, when you are driving with the AC on for awhile and you stop and turn the
vehicle off is the radiator cooling fan suppose to come on automaticly

It could if it is an electric fan that is not driven by a drive belt. Electric fans will run solely because their temp sensor says the car is hot. This is the case when you shut the car off after driving. If it is registering hot, the fan will stay on until it cools down some and then turn off.
