which fuse is for the lights in the gear shift indicator?

Asked by Feb 20, 2015 at 08:41 PM about the 2008 Ford Escape XLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The light that illuminates the gear shift indicator has stopped working.  Need
to know which fuse controls that light.

Its probably not the fuse but the bulb itself. If it was the fuse you wouldn't have back lights for your heater and radio buttons as well.

To replace the "bulb" does this require removing the whole dash unit?
