2008 Escape. How do I change the fan speed control. It has 1,2,3,4. 1 seems to be off, 2,3,4, used to control speeds. Now only 3,4 do.

I found it. It's right behind the glove box.Just drop the glove box and unplug the connector. Two 5/16" hex heads facing down. Pull straight up and presto. $18 plus shipping at PartsGeek.
