2008 Ford Escape rear turn signal not blinking.

The rear passenger side turn signal does not blink. The two bulbs are lit when
the lights are on but do not blink. The left indicator on the dash also blinks
very rapidly.

That means the element inside the bulb for the turn signal has broken, (has two inside the same bulb), replace the bulb. #4157
