Tail light

My tail light only comes on when I brake and signal why
won't it come on regularly ... What is the problem??

I believe there are 2 are two filaments in the bulb, one would be for break & turn signals, the other filament for the running lights. Just change the bulb.

I did change the bulbs and see no wiring damage

Had any found the answer to this problem because I have a friend with a 2009 impala and the tail lights only work with break and signal not on idle
