Our 2007 equinox transmission all of a sudden won't engage. Park will hold the car from moving but all other gears act as if in neutral.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Shift lever moves freely. Yesterday the car just died. Engine

I would first check for engine codes then I would check around the transmission check the Transmission Control Unit connectors and clean them.
