Only made high pitch sound radio has glitches
up and jerked changing gear and sucks gas
twice as bad then it should

Sounds like you have a number of problems. Try rotating the tires to isolate your vibration and pull problem. You may need new tires. If its not tires then I'd look at the front axles. You may have a front axle shaft that's about to fail.
