I have a knocking noise when turning left
and right

There would be worn front end suspension parts. Should take it in and have it checked, if a tie-rod end or ball joint or control arm bushing is bad enough, it could be dangerous to drive. Knocking could be in the drive line also, like a bad CV joint. Just needs repair.
