does anyone have problems with it cutting out when you drive it? or missing when its just sitting there running or even with the wheel bearing roaring?

i would take back to dealer,and let a mechanic drive it for a while could be something under warinty.

Exactly, it might even be a "flash" issue where they simply reprogram the onboard computer to fix a known problem with the software.
