2006 highlander reverse polarity jump caused pcm to fail. I got replacement pcm put in car and starts and shuts off.  dealer says immobilizer is shutting car off because vin does not match new pcm.  I heard of cloning, moving chip from one pcm to another.  Where can I get this done?

Did you purchase the ECM from a Toyota dealer? If so the parts guy should have told you that you would have to have it flashed to the vehicle you are putting it into. If you got it from a parts vendor a dealer might not do it.
