Tail lights out on my 97 integra

Bulbs replaced, fuses are fine wiring is ok.
Why wouldnt  my tail lights come on with
my headlights.

The most common with these is the sockets, look for a small black spot through the plastic, it is usually on the ground wire, if it looks good then gets test light and remove the bulb and see if there is any voltage on the tail light contact, if there is voltage then replace the socket, if no voltage then check to see if you have front marker lights, if you do then your problem is in the wiring to the rear lights, if you don't then it could be the switch itself.
