horn does not work

a grant gt steering wheel was installed by previous owner,horn not not
working.

the steering angle sensor must have cut or not working. try to replace it with new one or check if u can repair it
Either the wiring or the wheel hub. Sometimes the guys who are mounting these aftermarket 'sport' steering wheels chose a hub that does not have the ring for the horn. Or even the horn (they tend to fail due to humidity, even they are supposed to be capsulated), try to test it by connecting it to the battery with 2 wires.
