WHERE IS THE ALCL TEST PLUG ON 86 FIERO SE
since Racer_X has fallen asleep, I'll just take this myself...it is here within three feet of the igntion~
Heres some info~
you will need a special scanner for this ACTRON with NO display is what's shown....sure there is a more modern unit....ask around at your parts place~
Hey Judge...I'm glad you were able to answer this one! I haven't seen the inside of a Fiero since '91 or '92, when I got rid of my old '87 Fiero GT...the location you pointed out seems right from what I recall though...
Use The Judge's second post and get a paperclip. With the ignition off insert one end of the paperclip into terminal "A" and the other end into terminal "B". Turn the ignition on but don't start the engine. The check engine light will begin flashing a reference code 12 three times. Then any codes stored will flash three times each. Once all the codes have flashed code 12 will begin flashing again. HTH. -Jim
