I bought my hummer H3 2007 about 2 months ago. When it rains, I noticed that my carpet under the accelerator is wet. What can that be?

Anyone having this issue needs to contact Hummer so they can do a recall for this issue...im the same problem with my Hummer.. Hummer phone number is 866-486-6376 opt 3
