i removed fuses while car was running thought i put them back in the right spots took off car stopped on me and won't start back up

That was your mistake, pulling fuses while car is running. Certain fuses being pulled is the same as disconnecting battery while running, it can fry electronics, the diode(s) in alternator, and more. Even though you put them back in right place, which I'm sure you did. But did car die when you pulled fuse X? And does it turn over but not catch and start or not even turn over?
