Fuse affecting clock/interior lights keeps blowing...replaced 4 times in past month

That it telling you there is an intermittent short in that circuit, if your car has lights in the doors it could be in the tunnel wiring in the doors as that is the most common due to the flex in the wiring as you open and close the doors. I would start with the drivers door first.
