Power steering problem
I think my power steering is going or already bad. I hear
an annoying whining sound and when I check the
overflow the fluid is spinning inside/bubble. Is it the pump
The fluid is supposed to move around when the car is on. Bubbles could mean you have air in the system and that will make a whining noise. Low fluid will attribute to this condition. Is it leaking and or low? Add fluid and move the wheel back and forth , lock to lock a few times to see if the whining goes away. If not, it might be your pump is starting to fail. Best to get it checked out by your local garage at that point.
The fluid is topped off. When it runs for a while the fluid turns a light caramel color. I googled it and some people said it could be the o rings are going bad where it's sucking air into it. Not to sure I just want a second opinion
