where is the car alarm located on the 2007 kia rondo?

My key fob is fried. the alarm system was activated and cannot be turned off
and because of that I cant start the car. I want to disable the alarm, where is it
located?

It is part of the vehicles BCM and cannot be removed, you have two choices, have the dealership reprogram a new key fob ot match your vehicle or if you have a smart locksmith in your area that has the equipment they also do the same thing, it's not going to be cheap either way but the locksmith will be cheaper than the dealer and he might be able to come to you , with the dealer it will have to be towed.

You have another choice as well some guy just showed us on the side of the road . Disconnect the negative from the battery you need two people for this as the negative is disconnected put the key in the ignition and hold to start position then put negative back down while other person is still holding key try this twice and success
