then the next day I leave to get into my car from work and its tilted really low on the
right passenger side, i then do the same thing that i was able to do last time to get it
fixed and it worked , then the next day i leave for work and it starts to lower again when

Sounds like the air suspension is starting to go. The m/s on the gearshift stands for manual / sport mode. Its purely coincidence that the problem started when your friend when was driving. I use to switch back and forth from standard mode to sport all the time with no problems. '99 (4.6HSE) '03 '05 Range Rover HSE

If you have not replaced the EAS pump ever in a 2006 it's time. It's likely the dryer has come apart and damaged the pump. The new replacement part from he newer models and is less prone to failure. You should get it diagnosed at the dealer then if it is the pump get one from roverparts.com and have a qualified installer install it.
