Fuel line

Asked by Jul 10, 2016 at 06:50 PM about the 1990 Chevrolet Lumina 2 Dr Euro Coupe

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I seen 3 years ago someone had the same problem
I'm having.  I'm hoping this question will find you.  I
have a 1990 lumina 2dr euro as well.  My fuel line
rusted exactly as you said yours did.  Right at the
fitting going into the fuel filter.  It was that braided
line with a nylon type inner lining. I though I could
push the fitting in and clamp it but do not want to
just put a band aid on it I'd rather but a new line
and do it right because the car runs good and I'd
like to keep it around as long as possible.  Could
anyone please tell me where to get that line.  I
don't know where it goes but it goes up above the
gas tank somewhere.  Not sure what the other end
looks like but it's the exact one talked about in the
post on here.  I'm not an expert mechanic
somewhat a newbie so thanks in advance.....
