Why does my heater not blow on driver side

Blower sounds like it is blowing very hard and heat only comes out on passenger side

There are doors in the duct work that direct heat to various locations. It could be a lack of vacuum that is preventing the doors from moving. Listen for the sound of hissing from a vacuum hose leak.
