Hi!iam pretty well sure it's your turbo.i had same problem with my 2000saab 95 .blowing white smoke out tailpipe.had it replaced ,smoke stopped but loss of power now.

i just purchased a 2001 saab 9-5 turbo sedan. I plan to take it to an import repair shop this week to ask to have it checked out to see what if any issues it may have. My fear is having to pay for testing on my car that may not be necessary. What type of test should I request be run on my car to determine what issues it may have and insure that Im not being overcharged? 2 Answers

I purchased My Saab 9-5 SE wagon with a set of Aero wheels, the 17 inchers. The low profile tires help a lot with handling, but my wheels are so dinged up after 45K that I have a persistent vibration at around 65-75 MPH. Does anyone else have this problem? I've been told my the only way to correct this is to get new wheels. Bummer cause that's expensive. 4 Answers

I have brought my car to several shops and heard the same message. Living in the DC Area isn't ideal for low profile tires I suppose.
