Fuel pump cutoff switch location if
equipped. Fuel pump relay location. And
any fuel pump fuse locations.

'96 Oldsmobile does not have an inertia switch to shut off pump. Check the relay, check fuel pressure, Most likely the fuel pump has quit functioning after 20 years.

I believe the relay center is under the hood on the left side of the compartment.

Inside /behind dash, under glove box. Fuel pump relay and 20 amp fuse both built into same power box. Not particularly convenient to get to. Fuel pump relay is third from the bottom, have to remove a bunch of other relays to get to it.
