Possibly a torque converter problem

It doesn't use any tranny fluid or leak any tranny fluid or burn any tranny fluid or any discoloration or contamination in the fluid at all

It won’t if the torque converter is not working properly. Can you get it to move at all?

When did u last clean up the throttle body and idle air control passages

Yes I can get it to move but it wont go past 30 mph but I can feel it shifting threw the gears just fine and I can hold the pedal to the floor and it still wont go any faster or do anything. I just put a whole new throttle body and maf sensor on it
