Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to have my windshield replace, after doing so
my FES is now not working, when I press the DVD
button it says connect error- see dealer. I tried
asking the glass place what happened but they
have no clue. I'm trying to figure out if they shorted
something out or pulled out a wire but I'm having
trouble finding any schematics for it. Please help.
Thank you.

The rear view mirror may have wiring to it. Maybe they disconnected the battery as a precaution before doing any work. Most cars today require a code to be input for the radio to resume, if you still have your owner's manual see if it has anything on loss of power to FES requiring a code to resume working.
