Trouble codes appeared hours after a radiator was replaced. Anti-freeze leaks appeared as well. What happened?

Jaguar Xtype 2004, Trouble codes: p1316, p0300, p1111 appeared after a new radiator
was installed. What caused trouble codes to appear after new radiator was installed?
Test drove, car seemed to run well. Hours later. fluid leaks appeared, difficulty starting car.
Once running, car seems to run okay.

1316,,,po300 misfire, injector contaminant , p1111 nothing just a drive cycle . check for coolant loss,,, a connector to a sensor may be disconnected under hood, coolant may be spraying in intake snorkel
