I just bought a 2004 Jag x-type, I have a3 cylinders misfiring Codes P 0300,0301, 0303, 0305 as well as P1313 indicating catalyst damage,If I continue to drive without changing the catalyst right will that damage the engine?

Codes P0300,0301,0303,0305-1313-1316-1646-0174-1582 will 3 faulty ignition coils be the cause ?

The misfires causing the raw fuel to dump into the cats will eventually clog and or damage your cats. So change your plugs and the coils, specifically 1, 3 and 5, but since your in there replace all. I would assume the cat codes will go away if the damage isn't already done. How long where you driving with the CEL on and the misfires?
