Low oil, low oil pressure, bad lifter, worn cam lobes. Bad idle could be caused by the ECM reading a knock signal caused by the tick, if it is really bad. Is the check engine light on?

Yes da check engine light is on

If you have oil pressure and the car is driveable, then most parts stores can do a computer check for you, write them down, then repost them back here and someone will help you with further diagnosis.
