my 1991Chevy Lumina Z34 3.4L runs great on road but when its hot and you try to restart it will not crank . after it sits overnight it will crank.

Sounds like a bad starter or weak battery. Have the battery load tested. If it's weak replace it. If not, replace the starter. HTH. -Jim
