2007 Camry twice in the last 6 months has leaked water on the passenger
side floor mat?

If this happened on hot days when a/c was used for long period on time then most likely a/c condensation drain tube is clogged. Here is some video. http://diy-auto-repair.wonderhowto.com/how-to/clean-your-ac- drain-if-water-is-spilling-into-your-car-382672/
