Where is the fuel pump relay
that's the best I got...try back later when a person who can get this right for you~
I believe this relay is called out by Toyota as a C/OPN (Circuit Opening Relay). It's location I believe has been moved inside the vehicle on the left side under the dash. It is apparently "integrated" with other relays. The plug in wiring harness sometimes goes bad and a wire breaks feeding 12v to the relay in question. Interestingly...NAPA has a replacement harness. A 10mm bolt hold the various sections of this Fuse/Relay box together. I seem to remember you need to remove this bolt and drop the "box" to inspect the wires. Not really a job for the inexperienced DIY'er I assume your vehicle will crank over properly but will not fire up??.
