I have a 2007 Toyota Camry and the AC and heat will not come on. Any ideas for a ignorant mom that knows nothing about cars?
I take it you mean that the blower fan is not blowing any air? If that's the case, your blower fan is shot. They are generally located under the glove box up in the upper corner passenger side. First check your fuses. You may have just blown the one for the fan motor. If fuses are good, you can try a simple test. Turn your heater fan on to high. Now, locate the fan motor under the glove box. Once you find it, smack the bottom of it with a heavy ratchet. It should come back to life. It may run a couple of days, but you will need to put in a new one. If you plan on replacing it yourself, here is a how to video............................ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlN0JJvE_TY
