2007 Toyota Camry won't turn over or start.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When you turn the ignition, nothing happens. All of the
lights come on. It has a new battery, alternator, and
engine. Any ideas as to why it isn't turning over?

Automatic Trans?...move the gearshift lever in and out of Park. May be a bad PN switch. Get back to us with results.

Got a click from the starter relay. Tested with park in neitral. PN switch seems to be good. but no signal to the starter. I tested with my test light and volt meter. I checked for codes and I got p2118. No voltage at the electric throttle motor. Bad ECU?

What is the voltage across the battery? Should be about 12.5 volts DC. Should be about 10 volts when you attempt a start.
