Check engine light is on

I have a Honda Civic Hybrid 2007 and my check
engine light is on the computer system states that
cylinders 2&4 are misfiring and a random misfire
was detected do anyone know around how much it
will cost to get these changed cheap?

Maybe it needs new spark plugs. Post the actual codes.
