No fuel to engine Chevy 1991 Cheyenne

1991 Chevy Cheyenne v6 standard 5 speed on the
floor. Runs sometimes as long as RPMS are up.
Won't idol. Won't start now. Changed fuel fillers, no
help ther. Fuel pump with ignition on. No fuel in
lines, took from fuel tank? Pulled lines at TBI no fuel
at engine

The fuel pump can run but may not be pumping gas, Or there is a blockage in the line back to the tank. Also by chance if there is a filter screen on the fuel pump it may be plugged, but never the less the fuel pump would be bad by now anyway.
