My clutch will not engage.

I have to replace my master cylinder my slave
cylinder and my hydraulic line I've also bleed the
system but my clutch will not release what is
causing that

COULD BE A WEAK SPRING ON THE THROW OUT BEARING. NEXT TO THE CLUTCH AND PRESSURE PLATE.
