My 1994 Chevy c-1500 is stalling ,running rich, loss of power and will only go about 10 miles per hour and will stall out when you stop.

New distributor cap b/c it was
screwed on, new TPS, while back
changed TBI with used on but it was
very clean! What could it be?

Have you checked the codes? Sounds like you may have more than 1 problem, ie O2 sensors, IAC or ECT out of specs, could even have a plugged exhaust. On any of these old OBD 1 rigs remember to reset the ECM after repairs.
