Chevy pick up removing box
So I have a 1997 Chevrolet k1500 3dr extra cab
short box. I am trying to remover the box. For the
first bolt on passenger side. You have to get to the
nut on the box side frame. But I cannot get a
wrench to hold it because The wrench is too big to
fit between the box wall to get into that little space
Be creative make or buy the tool(s) you need a stubby wrench, a socket and swivel? or cut a wrench down. Inspect all the fasteners that have to be removed, Think and make your plan.. How did they hold that nut in place when it was built? Fuel tank in the way?
Thanks. But I can't even see what size the nut is. So I would be completely guessing. And I have been getting creative on this one nut for 6 hours
18mm bolts I'll think of it tomorrow
Ii just got a grinder. Gonna cut em. Way faster
