I put 3 inch key ways on my 1997 k1500
Chevy . now it rides really rouph in the front.
Do I need bigger shocks?

By going the route you did you have ran the suspension up to a higher tension point, so naturally the ride will be stiffer, bigger shocks won't help, in fact they could actually make it even rougher, if you want your ride back you will have to put it back to factory.
