Does a brand new Dual composite headlight grille fit on a truck with stock single composite headlights?

Usually not, if spacing for the headlight assemblies are different and there would be a slight difference in the mounting holes .

Yes they bolt up exactly although you will need an all new grill and headlights, sidemarkers, etc
