No not thinking so, The trany from the '97 is run by a OBDII computer, the trany from the '93 is run by a OBD1 computer, plus there is a redesign between those years.

X2 on the no it won't work. You need one from a 96 or 97.

Can I use a 1999 4L60E in a 1997 K1500? Both 4x4. (99 was NOT an LS)

Bell housing and case are different. If it can work, will I use the 99 t-case adapter? Or have to swap out and use the old adapter ?
