You may still have water or condensation in the tank and lines, water is hard to remove when something like this happen,s,your fuel filter is made to stop water from going to motor,i think it may be your issue, change the fuel filter, and add some high octane gas and fuel additive to it,may solve your issue,HTH.

Check for engine codes. You could also have a plugged catalytic converter

Try a bottle of Drygas in a full tank of gas. It'll absorb any water in the tank and lines. Change the fuel filter as well. Even the smallest amount of water in a fuel injection system will wreak havoc on the injectors and your performance. HTH. -Jim
