my 99 Chevy 5.7 is running rich when I turn my key on fuel press goes to
100psi and stays even when running then drops to 57psi when key is off

First thing to do is replace the fuel pressure regulator as this is a high fail item, then recheck the fuel system pressures. If they are still high then start looking for a restriction in the fuel return line.

55-62 psi while running. That's way too high

thanks guys just got home going to dive in it ill let you know

got it all done ended up being more than just the pressure reg had a small crack at back of intake
