It could be the relay, but chances are it is the fuel pump, they don't handle sitting very well with this garbage they call fuel today even with fuel stablizer. You can try pounding on the fuel tank while some one cranks it over, sometimes that will jar it free but if it does start it won't last long.

Remove the air cleaner and watch the injectors while someone cranks on the the engine. If no fuel comes out, go back to the gas tank and remove the cap. Stick your ear to the filler neck and have someone turn the key on. The pump should run for a few seconds and shut off. If it fails to come on, check fuel fuses. If it does come on, remove your ignition control module from the distributer and have it tested. More than likely it has failed and is no longer sending a reference signal to ecm and it will not fire the injectors.
