i have a rebuilt 454 it is pulling oil thought the pcv valve into the 5th cylinder how do i stop it

That should not be happening, are you running stock valve covers or something after market? If after market I'm thinking missing baffle plates, if stock valve covers then way too much blowby around the rings, is it broke in yet? You might want to consider putting on an temporary oil trap until the engine is broke in, Carid has them, or even E-bay
