’m rebuilding my 4x4 1990 chevy scottsdale
2500. i need help finding the right motor and
transmission to install. i would like to put a
new 5.7 350 tbi complete engine in it. can
anybody send me the links and info to what is
compatible with this truck?

Get the engine and transmission complete with all the wiring and ECU. A donor truck is a good source of parts as it will have everything you need.
