Brake lights dont work on my 92 Caprice Wagon.

The brake lights stopped working on my 92 Caprice Wagon. Checked bulbs,
fuse is good and getting power,

If all three brake lights are out I'd suspect the brake light switch. If the high mount stop light only is working I'd suspect the turn signal switch. The high mount stop light is wired directly to the brake light switch. But the other two are wired through the turn signal switch. Another weird thing is the cruise control is involved with the high mount stop light as well. If that bulb burns out the cruise control is disabled. I had a 93 Caprice sedan and when the high mount stop light bulb would burn out the cruise control would stop working too. Hope that helps! Jim
